Coffee is one of the best drinks of all time. But what can we do to enhance the amazing experience that we call drinking coffee? Coffee pairings.
We will be looking at different origins for each one of the pairings.
Ethiopian Coffee - Blackberries. This dark berry with tartness goes so well with the blueberry flavors that are so prevalent in the Ethiopian coffee.
Brazilian Coffee - This is one of the strongest coffees out there so there is a definite need for a strong flavor. We prefer to pair Brazilian coffee with a good bar of chocolate. We prefer Parliament Chocolate.
Guatemalan Coffee - Nuts! We prefer lightly salted walnuts or macadamia nuts to pair well with this earthy nutty coffee.
El Salvador Coffee - Cherries. Big plump cherries give a wonderful brightness to the greatness that is El Salvadorian coffee
